Thank you so much for your interest in our work. We hope this gives you a little insight into our sweetheart session offering, as well as an understanding of our philosophy and approach. After all, photography is a very personal thing.
Our photography pursues the tender and honest moments of life and love. We are drawn to connection and relationships, and the stories that unfold around them. Our style is often described as natural and relaxed, and we hope that a beloved session for you will feel like a beautiful morning or afternoon out spending time making memories with your special someone.
Sydney is simply the perfect backdrop in every season. From gorgeous gardens and parks to stunning beaches, the sparkling harbour, and trendy little cafes and architecture peppered through our inner city suburbs. That said, there is also the option of travelling outside Sydney to vineyards in the Hunter Valley, the beautiful Southern Highlands, or the breathtaking Blue Mountains if you were hoping to adventure a little further afield. As we love to travel and discover new terrain, national and international commissions are also welcome.

What to expect from me
What is your photography style?
Our style has been defined as tender and romantic, captured in a relaxed and documentary manner. We aim to be as unobtrusive as possible, to capture you just as you are. That being said, we do provide guidance and direction to help you relax and make the best use of light and the environment, and we promise to never make you feel cheesy or awkward during these times.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in your beloved collections?
Our beloved collections allow you the choice of either digital only coverage, or the option to add a beautiful heirloom album or highlight motion film as well. All collections include your full gallery of high res images, edited in line with our brand. We will also gladly assist you in planning out your location(s) for your day, and can refer you to hair and makeup, floral and styling options should you require these.
Do you photograph with analogue film?
Yes! And I absolutely love the look and feel of this. If adding 35mm film to your collection is something you are thinking of please let me know. As a seasoned photographer who began her journey on film, I will forever have a soft spot for the slight imperfections and beauty of film that can never seem to be quite replicated through the digital experience. Please note there is an additional cost for film coverage to cover the film purchasing and processing expenses.
When is the best time for photos?
The best light of day is sunrise or sunset, and we will do our best to tailor sessions around these times. We promise the early start or late finish will be worth it. The harshest light is around noon and we try to avoid this where we can.
Do you travel?
Yes! I am based in Sydney, Australia however interstate and international commissions are welcome. Travel fees apply to weddings outside the Sydney metro area - please get in touch for a quote.
Can I purchase an album later?
Yes. There is always an opportunity to purchase an album at a later stage at the a la carte rates. In this increasingly digital age, albums are close to our hearts and if you are able, we encourage purchasing one as part of the package so it is not something left by the wayside and forgotten as the years go on. We look forward to sharing some of our beautiful albums with you during our studio consult.
Will I be able to print my files?
Yes. All our collections include non-watermarked, edited, high resolution files for your own personal reproduction. We are also proud to offer a linked print and framing service with our favourite family run Australian lab through your online gallery to order and enjoy at your own convenience.
How do I book?
In order to book, a signed contract and 50% booking retainer is required. Your balance is due 7 days before the session itself, with final details for the day also required at this time. Please understand that we cannot hold any dates without a signed contract and retainer.
When will I receive my files?
We aim to turn around our images as quickly as possible, however also invest the time to create an edited body of work in line with our brand. As a guide, your images will be uploaded onto a password protected online gallery within 2-3 weeks of your wedding date for you to view and share.
